Team Homan, from the Ottawa Curling Club, proudly represented Canada at the 2018 Winter Olympic Games after winning their hometown’s 2017 Roar of the Rings. Their 2023–24 season was dominant with a 67–7 record and seven titles, followed by a near-perfect 24–1 run at the Scotties and World Championship that delivered Canada’s first world title since 2018. The momentum carried into 2024–25, where they posted a 75–8 record, went undefeated at the 2025 Scotties (11–0), secured back-to-back World titles, and won the 2025 Olympic Curling Trials to earn their place at the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics.

Rachel Homan and Emma Miskew have curled together for over 20 years. They are three-time World Women’s Curling Champions (2025, 2024, 2017) and five-time Scotties champions (2025, 2024, 2017, 2014, 2013). In 2022, Rachel represented Canada in Mixed Doubles at the Winter Olympics, while Emma skipped the team at the Scotties, giving Emma 12 Scotties appearances and Rachel 10 (as a two-time Olympian). They earned Scotties silver medals in 2021, 2020, and 2019, bronze in 2015, and world silver in 2014 and bronze in 2013.

As Team Homan, Rachel and Emma have clinched a record of twenty Grand Slam of Curling titles and made history as the first Canadian women's team to win the Pan Continental and the first women’s team to win a game in a men's Grand Slam event. Their dominance extends to the provincial level, with seven Ontario championships under their belt. They have also made their mark on the international stage, earning a silver medal for Canada at the 2010 World Junior Championships and a gold medal at the Canada Winter Games in 2007.

Sarah Wilkes, the 2019 Scotties Tournament of Hearts champion with three Grand Slam of Curling titles at the time and a two-time Canadian University champion (2011, 2012), joined the team during the 2020-21 season. Tracy Fleury joined Team Homan during the 2022-23 season as the #1 Canadian-ranked (CTRS) skip during the previous season (2021-22), finishing second at the 2021 Roar of the Rings and winning two Grand Slam of Curling titles at the time. Sarah has eight Scotties appearances, and Tracy has seven. As a new team, they have won 22 events, including the 2025 Canadian Olympic Trials, 2025 & 2024 Worlds, 2025 & 2024 Scotties Tournament of Hearts, 2024 Pan Continental, and 9 Grand Slam of Curling titles, while currently ranked #1 worldwide (WCTR).
